    So far so good

I've done a couple of things so far with this mixer, a lot of them being meringue for a cake, meringues (heh), two types of bread (a milk bread and some naan) and canolli dough. I still haven't used the cookie dough/cake hook attachement, but that should happen soon enough.

It makes meringues very easily. I was afraid that by not having the 11-wire whip that it would not be able to make a decent meringue, but the whip that comes with it is 100% fine for it. This machine also comes with a flour guard, which has proved useful so far.

For breads, I've never put the machine higher than setting 4. Any higher than that and the machine starts to wobble a bit, but setting 4 is more than enough to knead dough for me.

It's not too noisy either, until you reach about speed 8. Speed 10 (max) is quite noisy, but I've never been above 8 so far, even for meringues.

All in all, it's been great for the two weeks I've had it and have used it about 7 or 8 times thus far.
