Discover how easy it is to cook seafood at home. Come join Chef Joseph Mazarese to prepare delicious pescatarian fare with ease. In this class you will make Seared Shrimp with Minted Green Pea Puree and Raspberry Vinaigrette; Risotto ai Frutti di Mare (risotto with seafood, shrimps, mussels, and clams); Seasonal Salad with  Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette; and for dessert, Mascarpone Verrine with Berries and Almond Crumble.
