Welcome to the Caribbean! Wah Gwann Jamaica. Join kitchen expert Pat Moynihan to explore the many flavours, and culinary traditions of the island of Jamaica. In this PA Day Camp, your budding chefs will practice knife skills, learn about stove and oven safety; and be introduced to the art of cooking, and the science of baking, culminating in a delicious Caribbean lunch complete with dessert. Together they will make Jamaican Patties, Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Coleslaw, Curried Rice, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and to kick it all back in true Irie style, a refreshing Sorrel Drink.
