Join us for artisanal pasta-making with Chef Joyce Singh. Not only is it easy to learn it's also delicious and entertaining. Together you will make an inspired pasta menu featuring fresh cut Fettucine with Caramelized Onions, Brie Cream and Herbs; Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage, Brown Butter and Hazelnut Sauce. Add in a Green Salad with Lemony Vinaigrette, and a glass of wine, and your meal is complete. This hands-on experience will increase your culinary knowledge and give you confidence in the kitchen!
