Together you will make an inspired pasta menu featuring the Roman classic, Cacio e Pepe with Spinach; as well as Truffled Mushroom Ravioli with Thyme and Parmesan Cream. Add in an Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and your meal is complete.
