Join Cookery ‘veteran’, Chef Jessica Roberts, and perfect your pastry! Together, we will focus in detail on how to get your pastry just right. We’ll work on an all-butter pastry Tourtière- a French Canadian Christmas Eve tradition, a vibrant Cranberry Curd tart with Pâte Sucrée crust and finish with No Fail Pastry Pumpkin Pie.
