Let Chef Joyce Singh show you how easy it is.  In this class you will make Arancini Stuffed with Eggplant and Mozzarella, Chunky Tomato Jam; Jerusalem Artichoke Risotto with Red Wine Sauce and Roasted Mushrooms; and Lemon Parmigiano Orsotto with Winter Greens.
