Join Chef Joyce Singh to recreate some of these memorable classics, beginning with Pomelo and Grapefruit Salad with Crispy Shallots and Dried Shrimp; Green Curry Mussels with Lime Leaf and Blue Ginger; Chicken Satay with Thai Basil Fried Rice; and finally Crispy Thai Crepes with Coconut Cream and Foi Thong (Pandan Scented Custard Threads).
