Prepare Garlic Crusted Tofu and Avocado Temaki (Handroll) and Tempura Vegetables with Spiked Soy Sauce. For dinner a Cured Salmon Bowl with Bonito Crumble, Braised Oyster King Mushrooms and Nori Crisps. To finish off your meal, create a Japanese Cheesecake with Matcha Poached Pears. Arigato!
