To create the perfect vegetarian dinner party, Chef Paula Bambrick has created an easy but impressive menu.  Together in this class, you will make Herbed Gougere; Alsatian Two Potato Tart; Sauteed Green Beans & Radicchio in Toasted Walnuts; Maple Roasted Rainbow Carrots; and to complete the meal, Mixed Citrus Salad and Chocolate Pecan Upside Down Cake.
