Tapas Dinner in Spain, Friday November 22nd, 7pm to 9:30 pm, Hands-On 

Travel to the Iberian Peninsula with Chef Joyce Singh, from Basque to Catalan, and experience Spain's unique and influential cuisine. You will make Mussels Stuffed with Spinach and Chorizo; Calamari Fritto with Preserved Lemon Aioli; Eggplant Escabeche with Grapes, Pinenuts and Pickled Onion; Pincho De Tortilla with Smoky Tomato Sauce; and Basque Cheesecake with Sherried Oranges.  Add in a little sparkling Cava and some paired wines and you are all set for an evening in Spain. Vamonos!
