Celebrate the bounty of the season with an evening of al fresco dining. Join Chef Joyce Singh to prepare this infallible menu of maximum flavours with minimal effort. Start the evening with Fresh Pasta /w Zucchini Butter, Wine Poached Shrimp; ease into Poached Trout with Creamy Sweet Corn Gribiche, served with Herbed Peach and Tomato Salad; and end the evening with a sublime Blueberry Lemon Meringue Roll.
