In this class, Mari will not only share with you her secrets for a quick, flavourful marinara that takes less than 20 minutes, she will also show you how to prepare Bruschetta with Italian Tuna, Cherry Tomato, Arugula, and Crispy Capers; Cavatelli with Tomato Sauce, Basil and Parmesan; Seared Caesar Salad with Crispy Prociutto and Home made Croutons; and for dessert, Strawberries with luscious Mascarpone, Balsamic and Black Pepper.  Gracious entertaining with simple ingredients.
