Join us for artisanal pasta-making with Chef Joyce Singh. Not only is it easy to learn it's also delicious and entertaining. Together you will make an inspired pasta menu featuring the Roman classic, Cacio e Pepe, with Spinach; as well as Truffled Mushroom Ravioli /w Thyme and Parmesan Cream. Add in an Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and your meal is complete.
