Join us for artisanal pasta-making with Chef Joyce Singh. Not only is it easy to learn it's also delicious and entertaining. Together you will make Fresh Egg Yolk Fettucine with Asparagus, Chives and Goat Cheese Butter; Herbed Ricotta Ravioli with Parmesan Fondue and Spring Peas. Add in an Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and your meal is complete.
