Chef Jessica Roberts, a Cookery veteran, returns to help sharpen your knife skills in our most popular 101. Learn what the hardest working tool in your kitchen can do. You will practice the correct grip, how to slice, julienne, dice, and chiffonade with expert guidance and state-of-the-art equipment. Together we will make a meal that will warm your soul. Hearty Chicken and Herb Dumplings chock full of veg and a Kale Salad with a Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette and Candied Walnuts. Join us for an evening of skills and confidence-building along with a great meal!    


Wine available, adults, 18+ only.

We continue to have 'teaching status' from our knife partners for this class. All participants qualify for student pricing on a student set of knives - whether it be Shun, Wusthof, or Global - which includes 3 knives - typically a 8" Cook's knife, a 6" Utility, and a 3.5" paring knife (call us for details).  Special Student price, including Knife Skills class - $349-499 (call us for details).  Class only - $89.

Your class fee can be applied to the cost of the knife set, should you decide to purchase a 3 knife set in class.
