Join us for artisanal pasta-making with Chef Joyce Singh. Not only is it easy to learn it's also delicious and entertaining. Together you will make an inspired pasta menu featuring fresh cut Fettucini Alfredo with Prosciutto, Peas and Parmesan Cream, well as Beet Ravioli with Aged Goat Cheese and Chive Butter. Add in an Arugula Salad with a glass of wine and your meal is complete. This hands-on experience will increase your culinary knowledge and give you confidence in the kitchen!
