Let Chef Joyce Singh be your guide.  Tonight you will make Chicken Satay with Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Butter; Chai Tow Kway, Twice Cooked Turnip Cakes with Spring Onion and Sweet Soy; Chicken Curry Laksa with Fresh Rice Noodle, Bean Sprouts and Lemongrass Sambal; and Kaya Toasts with Peanut Fried Banana.
