Join us for some 'French bistro coziness'  this winter, in this series of 3 classes from Chef Joyce Singh.  Take one class or sign up for all three. 

In this third class in the series, make Medium Rare Steak 'Tartar', with Caper Aioli, and Souffle Potatoes.  Move then to Crispy Skinned Salmon, with Leeks a la Grecque, and Grainy Mustard Beurre Blanc.  Lastly, enjoy Vanilla Bean Clafoutis with Figs Flambee.
