Our last and final destination on our trip around the World is Korea. Teens will explore the traditional flavours of Korean cuisine with Chef Jessica Roberts in this real-time class. On the menu are Japchae (Beef & Mixed Vegetable Noodles), Sigumchi Namul (cold sesame spinach), Tubu Choerim (Soy-Garlic Tofu) and a yeasted-dough dessert of Hotteok (sweet pancakes with brown sugar syrup filling).
This live, online class will be hosted on Zoom. You can download the app on your phone/tablet, or go to zoom.us on your computer and join in, it's free.
