I have used product for several years and is great. However, this time, when I opened the contained and went to shake out the product nothing came out. It was hard as stone. I had to pry open the top and slide in a knife to loosen it. It was difficult to pry open the top and now the container is half open under my sink. You should mention to manufacturer.
