Born in a beautiful city of Rïga, Latvia - Chef Gaponovitch has travelled the world and developed her own unique style.
From Riga to New York City, from Saint-Barthélemy to the Canadian Arctic - Sasha truly knows the flavours of the earth.
Sasha worked at Michelin starred restaurants NoMad and Eleven Madison Park, in the Flatiron district. She later became Jr.Sous chef at Eataly in New York City, working closely with Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.
Sasha is currently a private chef, cooking for professional athletes and television personalities, catering to health conscious families and teaching Spa-style cooking and Culinary Arts at George Brown College.
