Pastry Expert Elena Law will help you learn the basics of making and using buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, and fondant. Participants will learn and practice how to hold and control a piping bag and to pipe simple borders and flowers using a flower nail.  Cupcakes and/or cake for decorating provided.
