COOKERY 101: Gluten Free Baking (Cookery Roncesvalles Ave.)

You may have found gluten-free baking to be challenging and frustrating at home. Chef Jacqueline Mahovlich will help you to navigate the gluten-free world and give you the skills and confidence to bake without gluten. You will learn to make Seeded Gluten Free Loaf (Yeast Bread); Pumpkin Tart with Gingersnap Crust; and Mini Trifles with Pound Cake and Seasonal Fruit. After one class, you'll have an understanding of gluten-free baking and a few recipes to repeat at home.
