Together you will make Orecchiette with Sausage & Wilted Autumn Greens and then Squash Agnolotti with Wild Mushroom Marsala Sauce. Learn to make dough from scratch, hand roll simple shapes, use the machines to sheet the dough and construct stuffed pasta.
