Join Chef Sasha Gaponovitch for this cooking class to learn the art of handmade sausages. Together you will make three variations: turkey with cranberries and sage; smokey jalapeño, green onion and cumin; and red chili, fennel seed and orange pork sausage. It'll be hard to go back to store-bought sausages once you experience how simple and delicious they are when made from scratch.
