Join us for artisanal pasta-making with Chef Joyce Singh. Not only is it easy to learn it's also delicious and entertaining. Together you will make an inspired pasta menu featuring fresh cut Fettucine Caprese with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Torn Herbs; Zucchinni Butter Ravioli with Asparagus and Goat Cheese Cream. Add in a Green Salad with Lemony Vinaigrette, and a glass of wine and your meal is complete. This hands-on experience will increase your culinary knowledge and give you confidence in the kitchen!
