Famous for its Bouchon style brasseries Lyon has been unofficially named the capitol of French Gastronomy, and what better guide than well-travelled Chef Dara Sutin. Chef Dara brings considerable experience and expertise to her new role at Cookery and we are delighted to have her in our teaching faculty! In this evening of classics you will make Crispy Braised Pork Belly with Lentils; Lyonnaise Potatoes; Salad With Sausage & Walnuts, and for dessert Ile Flotant With Crème Anglaise. Enjoy a lovely dinner, paired wines, and great company. Age 19+
