Cookery's original chef, Jessica Roberts, is back with a new hands-on menu featuring dishes from Central America. Popular across the region, we'll make Tamales de Elote with roasted poblanos and cheese. From Guatemala, Jocón con Pollo (chicken braised in a tomatillo-cilantro sauce) served with Casamiento (Salvadoran black beans and rice.) Thought to have originated in Nicaragua, Pastel de Chocolate de Tres Leche. A chocolate cake of three milks. ¡Buen provecho!
