Journey to Sicily with Cookery's Chefs to explore the complex and historied culture of this Mediterranean island crossroads; rich tasting dishes made out of humble ingredients are the hallmark of it's cuisine. Together you will make Eggplant Caponata With Fresh Ricotta; Pasta Con Le Sarde; Roast Peppers With Tomato; Pan Seared Branzino With Galicky Greens, and Ricciarelli, Sicilian almond and egg-white cookies for dessert.
