Join us for some 'French bistro coziness' this winter, in this series of 3 classes from Chef Joyce Singh. Take one class or sign up for all three. In this second class in the series, make a Frisee Salad, with Crispy Lentils, Herbed Yogurt Cheese, and Caramelized Onion Vinaigrette. Follow it up with Quatre Epice Duck breast, Thyme Braised Cabbage, and Cider Glazed Heirloom Carrots. And finally, enjoy Dark Chocolate Mousse with Red Wine Raspberries and Langue de Chat biscuits.
