Nothing compares to a freshly made corn tortilla full of toasty corn flavour. Join Chef Jessica Roberts and learn to make fresh corn tortillas and a fun, festive menu - Grilled Fish Taco with Celeriac Slaw; Seared Steak Taco with Pineapple Salsa; Guacamole and Aji Verde (spicy green sauce of cilantro, garlic, mint). Are you ready?
