Friday, November 10, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19 and up)
Join Chef Adam Foley and learn to master a kitchen fundamental with this easy and impressive meal of potato Gnocchi - light, pillowy, and delightfully delicious. Together we will make Potato Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms, Brown Butter, Parmesan and Herbs; Salad of Roasted Squash, Late Harvest Green Beans with Toasted Pecans, Arugula, Lemon Thyme Yoghurt dressing; and dessert of Tiramisu with Whipped Mascarpone Cream will round out our meal.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
