Join Chef Adam Foley in this fall edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pappardelle by hand. This pasta's wide, flat shape and porous surface makes it a perfect companion to a simple, rich sauces highlighting the best of our seasonal produce. Our delicious journey begins with Sourdough Crostini of Sundried Tomatoes, Ricotta, Capers and Basil; Pappardelle with two classic sauces - Wild Mushroom and Fresh Pesto; Green Salad with Roasted Squash, Pumpkin Seeds and Balsamic Vinaigrette, and we finish the meal with a new take on the classic Tiramisu.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
