IN PERSON CLASS: Hand Made Pasta - Mafaldine, Saturday Sept. 13 (Cookery Yonge)

Join Carolina Villegas and learn how fun and easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. In this edition of our popular pasta class, we will make fresh curly ruffled ribbons of mafaldine by hand. Our delicious journey begins with Crostini with Herbed Ricotta, Honey and Balsamic; Salad of Roasted Delicata, Fall Grapes, Kale, Pepita Seeds, Maple-Mustard Dressing; Mafaldine al Sugo di Pomodoro, Cherry Tomatoes, Burrata, Basil, Chili Oil; comforting Baked Fall Apples with Whipped Mascarpone and Sweet Masala sauce to end our meal.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+  Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
