Saturday, December 2, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19 and up)
Join Chef Adam Foley in this festive class full of holiday favourites; together we will make Smoked Salmon Cake with Remoulade and Herb Salad; the quintessential holiday classic Tourtière; and finish our evening with Sticky Toffee Pudding with Chantilly Cream.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
