Have you wondered what a honing steel is? Are you going back to university, or just want get in the kitchen more? Let Chef Jessica Roberts, a Cookery veteran, help you sharpen your knife skills and learn what the hardest working tool in your kitchen can do. You will practice the correct grip, how to slice, and chiffonade with expert guidance. Together we will make a classic noodle dish, Japchae with julienned vegetables & chicken served with three traditional banchan (side dishes); Sigumchi Namul (sesame spinach), Musaengchae (radish salad), and Kongnamul Muchim (beansprout salad).
Wines available for purchase by glass.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
