Tonight, we're taking a culinary journey to North Africa with this Moroccan-inspired menu with Chef Jessica Roberts. Warming spices and bright flavours are featured in this menu of Crevettes Pil Pil (Harissa-Garlic Shrimp), Roasted Chermoula Chickpeas, Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon & Olives served with couscous, and M'hanncha (a traditional Moroccan phyllo-almond dessert) to round out our delectable evening.
Wines included with price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
