Welcome to Cookery’s Italian PA Day camp filled with familiar favourites. Your young chefs will be introduced to the art of cooking and the science of baking with expert guidance from our cooking instructor and baking aficionado Chef Anne Hynes. With masterful guidance your budding chefs will learn to make comforting classics -tender and pillowy Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce with Basil, and Parmesan; Caesar Salad with Herbed Croutons and Crispy Bacon; Soft Garlic Bread Sticks; classic Cannoli with a twist and even try their hand at making their own Italian soda. They will not only master key kitchen fundamentals and have loads of fun doing it, but also gain kitchen confidence along the way.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
