Let's get FESTIVE with this cocktail party class with Chef Jessica Roberts. Delight your guests with this menu of Jessica's favourites; Citrus Marinated Olives, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Shortbread, Retro Cheese Balls-3 Ways, Oysters Rockefeller, Chicken Liver Mousse with Apple Shallot Chutney and Mini Cranberry Mincemeat Tarts. Best part? They're all make ahead so you can enjoy the night with your guests!
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
