
IN PERSON CLASS: Seafood - Colombian Style, Sat. Oct. 11 (Cookery Leslieville)
Saturday October 11, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+)
Inspired by seafood dishes of Colombia's Pacific and Caribbean coasts, join Chef Carolina Villegas and learn to perfect your seafood game. In this class we will learn to make Seafood Cocktail (citrus marinated poached seafood in rosé sauce) with Patacones (fried plantains); Fish and shrimp Encocado (seafood with coconut milk and spices); with Coconut Rice; Fresh Avocado, Tomato and Onion Salad with Lime Vinaigrette; Coconut Flan.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
