An unexpected raw material, sequoia, which used to be called the Phoenix Tree, is renowned for its ability to withstand fires. Lampe Berger Paris chose to use this material to offer you an exceptional and unique fragrance. Both woody and intoxicating, we first discover its modern, fresh head given by grapefruit and pine needle notes. Marine heart notes warmed by a touch of cayenne pepper; deep woody bottom notes that wrap you in a mossy undergrowth fragrance, along with resinous and leather forest scents. It originates from Vancouver, in a forest of huge trees called Cathedral Grove. It was considered sacred by the indigenous peoples of Vancouver Island. A spicy and invigorating fragrance.
