 This elegant vegetarian menu is perfect for Fall and Winter holidays. With Chef Joyce Singh, we'll prepare Caramelized Onion and Parsnip Soup with Spiced Cashews to start the meal followed by Roasted Vegetable Phyllo Strudel with Parmesan Cream Sauce, Chiffonade of Brussel Sprouts with Comté Cheese & Toasted Hazelnuts and Celery Root & Cauliflower Purée. A lovely English Sticky Toffee Pudding finishes the meal off perfectly.
