NIGELLA seed is sometimes called Kalonji, Black Onion Seed, or Black Caraway Seed, and is sometimes confused with black cumin or black sesame seeds. NIGELLA seeds come from a plant called Love in The Mist and have a nutty flavour with slight peppery notes. Seeds are often used in Indian Naan bread and Turkish breads. NIGELLA goes well with potatoes and cauliflower. It is an essential ingredient in PANCH PHORA.
