With cultural influences from China, India, Malay and Nonya, Chef Joyce Singh will introduce you to some of what the island offers. In this class you will make Rojak (Mix Salad of Fresh Fruit and Crunchy Vegetables with a Dressing of Lime Leaf, Shrimp Paste and Peanuts); Hainanese Chicken Rice with Aromatic Chili Relish; Bright Greens with Garlic and Crispy Shallots; and Pandan Scented Tender Coconut Crepes with Coconut and Caramel Drizzle.
