Join Chef Joyce Singh to celebrate fresh, colourful flavours of this land, vegetarian-style.  In this class you will learn to make Bright Red Lentil Soup with Dried Mint Butter; the iconic Turkish dish, Imam Bayildi (Stuffed Eggplant with Aromatic Spices, Tomatoes and Onions); Feta Crisps, Spiced Bazlama (Turkish Flatbread); Sheppard's Salad; and Cardamom Espresso Baklava with Whipped Chocolate Ganache.
