Bright, fresh flavours highlight this Weekday Gourmet Vegetarian menu by Chef Jessica Roberts. We'll make a Green Shakshuka (Eggs poached in Greens and fresh herbs) served with za'atar pita crisps perfect for a lighter dinner, lunch or brunch. For the second entrée, Bánh mi Bowls with miso roasted mushrooms, sesame noodles, quick pickled carrots, cilantro and creamy avocado drizzle. Healthy and filling!
