This week's menu features Indian flavours with Grilled Tandoori Chicken served with a cooling Mint-Yogurt Chutney, Curried Potato Salad, Kakdi Koshimbir (Cucumber Salad) and Mango Lassi Popcicles for a cool treat at the end of the meal.
No BBQ? A grill pan or cast iron fry pan work wonderfully with this menu, and you know we have plenty of these at Cookery too!
