Friday, May 9, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+)
Join Chef Anne Hynes in our spice-driven, Levantine inspired class and make fresh, fragrant pita served with the fluffiest, luscious Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate Glaze; Chicken with Caramelized Onions, Spiced Lentils and Rice; Roasted Squash, Red Onions, Tahini, and Za'atar; Spinach with Dates and Crispy Pita, Chilli and Lemon dressing; Wine Poached Pears with Cardamom and Creme fraiche will round out our evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for purchase for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
