Join Carolina Villegas and learn how fun and easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. In this edition of our popular pasta class, we will make fresh fettucine and farfalle by hand served in sauces highlighting the best of our seasonal produce. Our delicious journey begins with Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes, Basil and Balsamic; Salad of Roasted Zucchini and Farfalle Pasta with a refreshing Lemon Tahini Dressing; Fettucine with Garlic, Tomato, Herbs and Pangrattato (crispy breadcrumbs with herbs) and end our meal with luscious Limoncello Tiramisu.
Wine is included in the price of class. 19+ Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
